Our mission is to grant need-based scholarships for families who qualify. The scholarship program is dependent on our annual funding. Applications for scholarship are available in February for current and new students enrolling for Fall of the next school year.
Scholarship awards are granted based on financial need following the federal poverty level income guidelines and dependent on funding. Funding for our scholarship program comes from various sources: grants, special appeals and other fundraising efforts.
The scholarship process is as follows:
• Families may request an application packet beginning in February of each enrollment period.
• The school reviews all scholarship applications in April of each enrollment period.
• The Scholarship Committee reviews completed applications and families are notified of awards no later than May of each enrollment period.
• Families need to re-apply for each new school year.
Good Shepherd Montessori is a non-profit school, therefore, all donations to our fund are tax-deductible.
